I vote për, a little unhappily, due to the fact that there are items in there I don't fully agree with, and the one about the Semi-Permeable Wall Act, which is a bit inaccurate.

I agree wholeheartedly with the principles behind it, though, and trust that it might be possible to 'refine' it further under the rules of the newly-adopted Constitution.
