So Long, Farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, Good Night to Missing Acts Still in Force Act
WHEREAS 9RC13 was passed and in-force as of June 1989 but the text is missing; and
WHEREAS 34RZ5 and 34RZ8, were passed and in-force as of April 2005 but are–wait for it–missing; and
WHEREAS the Kingdom of Talossa has managed to function despite the lack of the application of laws it cannot possibly knowingly enforce because no-one knows what they were about; and
WHEREAS it makes us look like a bunch of dunderheads to have active laws on the books that we lost a decade or more ago; and
WHEREAS Talossa's newest citizen, Sevastáin Pinátsch, spotted these issues and crafted the draft of this bill;
THEREFORE we, the the Ziu do hereby repeal 9RC13, 31RZ22, 34RZ5, and 34RZ8.

31RZ22 is not in the database. In fact, it seems that the entire 3rd clark of the 31st Cosa is missing but this act will repeal those we don't have (others already are repealed or failed).

These bills are actually all repealed by El Lexhatx, except for 9RC13. But it appears that 9RC13 never passed, and the indication that it did on the Wiki is in error.

OK, I'm just trying to rectify your comments and changes from the original thread where you said: A quick search of the database (Talossa.ca) shows that 31RZ17, 31RZ18, 31RZ22 and 32RZ30 are actually in the database and so are not missing.] And removed the line: WHEREAS 31RZ17, 31RZ18 and 31RZ22 were passed and in-force as of May 2003 but are also missing(which is the third Clark). So if these are all missing, please restore that line to the draft and edit the repeals accordingly. Right now there are mismatches between the WHEREAS lines and the THEREFORE line. |

Yeah... the "live version" that the thread points to (on the Hopper) is a deleted article on the wiki. Not sure why it moved, but... When it was just a draft in the Hopper, Alexandreu maintained it as a subpage of his user space on the Wiki, but once it was clarked he created an actual article for it in article space. |

Indeed. El Lexhatx is under consideration by the Ziu, and the legal version is available from the list of statutes (it's the very last one).
