I third it. Shall we bring it to vote? Or would this be an informal vote? *laughs*

Generally speaking, we can act under the assumption that any motion without an objection raised - or with seconding that constitutes a majority - should simply be held as passed, I think. We have not yet evolved formal rules for the chamber, and we should allow for difficulties in communication, but when almost all the votes have seconded a motion there's no chance of its failure.
To that end, I believe the motion carries, and the M3 has my congratulations.
I would suggest that we provide for a month or so of thought regarding the election, and see what we can come up with for the future, before returning to the topic and making such changes as are necessary.
I have other business, but I wonder if anyone else has something to present before this body? I don't want to dominate the schedule if there's other business to which we should attend.

Very well. I would like to suggest that we permit the deputization of local leaders in a party's Sticla, that way we can permit party leaders to delegate their local authority. I would suggest that a party leader would still have to post the Sticla, but in doing so they could nominate a specific local leader to thereafter assign or reassign seats as necessary. If that sounds good to folks, I can draft some language.

Yes, we do. We also have to get the CSPP to re-assign those seats.

The CSPP is kindly requested to please reassign these seats as soon as possible, since we still have a lot of business and this disruption is unwelcome. Should they be reassigned to S:reu Lundescu, that would be ideal, as he is an old and trusted member of this body at this point.

Sorry. Most communication is from my cell phone. Easy to make mistakes because of the auto correct and fat fingers. I accept thr nomination!
