1. The Clark definition in the glossary talks about two parts of the Clark. For example, "part 1" of the July Clark would be published in late June and contain the results of part 2 of the June Clark. Part 2 of the July Clark would be published on 1 July and would contain all the bills to be voted on in July.
Where does this come from? According to the OrgLaw, "The Clark" is published on the first day of the month. Art IX Sec 12. The SoS is to release the results of the voting to the press shortly after the end of business, but a full report is published as part of "the next Clark." Art X Sec 4. I don't see how this overrides the requirement from Art IX that the Clark "shall be published" on the first of the month.
2. Does anybody know where the Pic Mac'ht reference came from? It seems to be way off compared to all other published references regarding the highest point in Milwaukee, or all of Wisconsin even. I asked about this before and nobody had an answer, so unless we can find some source to document Pic Mac'ht I'd like to remove the glossary entry.

Sorry, can't help with either of the questions. I feel so stupid.
