Table of population by province

I thought of something the website needs that's just waiting for Lord Hooligan to code — a little table of population by province, updated automatically from the Citizens List. This would go most naturally, I think, on the "The Realm" page (with the map of Talossa), or on the "List Citizens by Province" page, or on the Chancery page; it would be very helpful to hardworking Chancery officials, and interesting to the populace in general. It could even automagically mark when a province is closed to immigration ...

Great! It looks good. I was looking at each province a few days ago and wondered what the population was in each one. The site is better because of this.
