Since I am on the other side of some water (I think that's the right description of the Atlantic?) I have ordered five, so they can keep each other company.
And beer is more expensive over here.

Okay, all US orders through today are shipped. Other countries will ship tomorrow, when I can get to the post office and figure out how much postage they need; they're all in their envelopes and addressed in any case.
FINALLY found the USPS calculator. Had enough stamps in stock, fortunately.

Incidentally, have now figured out how to manipulate PayPal into giving me shipping options that actually reflect postage prices.
The result of this is that new orders of stamps will go up in shipping price marginally on international orders (five cents to $1.15), shipping charges on coins are up rather more both domestic and international, and the free shipping on 50+ stamps has gone away.

Empty, damaged envelope. Fuck Royal Mail. There are now three Talossan coins somewhere in the world that will, a thousand years from now, be found by an archeologist who will wonder what this 'Kingdom of Talossa' was... My envelope, too, was damaged, but I was lucky enough to get my three coins. Use stronger envelopes, Istefan!

It's actually ten coins!
I'll ask my post woman tomorrow if she found any strange coins jingling around in her bag, but as the letter was sent out standard mail, not recorded, I don't hold much hope. It's fairly standard practice for money to go missing from envelopes in the regular mail.
I'll let you know tomorrow how I get on then probably need to order more.

I'm imagining an excited postal worker going to a valuation service or antiques store all excited about three strange coins he has, hoping they are worth something, only to be met with strange looks and 'what the...'

My postal service generally sucks, and I'm usually nervous about ordering things. I live in a duplex, half the time the mailman gets my and my neighbors mail mixed up, despite the fact that our mailboxes are clearly marked. Several times a neighbor up the street brought me a load of my mail they recieved. I ordered a book from ebay once, and recieved it, but it was left on my front door, on a day when a major thunderstorm occurred. I got home from work to find the package sopping wet, the book slightly water damaged. Calling the post office to file a complaint is like yelling at a wall. They don't care. So, I was very thrilled when my coins arrived. While I hope that all the coins will be scooped up by Talossans, if not, is there someplace we could advertise them? I was on a website once (which I now can't find) for sellers and collectors of micronational coins. (Charge non-Talossans $15 per coin!)
