I havent yet made any changes to my original proposal, i will do soon, im not sure what ideas of your own i shall incorperate yet, but there might be some, but i think i forgot about the provincial gong and mace, which i need to rectify, as i still wnt provincal traditions to stay alive. (well some of them, but not the inactivity)

I personally like the roman numerals in the constitution and I think it works, Also if im not mistaken I belive this is how the Organic Law is coded. S:reu Cuntainça, While we are naturally guided by personal likes and dislikes, I think we must be cautious in our roles as representatives of public interest not to let those personal preferences interfere with the greater good. You believed that the OrgLaw used only roman numerals. It does not -- nor does the ratified version of our existing constitution. These laws used a mixed numbering system which increases clarity in denoting Articles and Sections. Further, our newly minted El Lexhatx uses a letter and decimal system. I would strongly urge you to allow the wisdom of the design of our existing laws to weigh greater on your decision than personal preference. For Atatürk and Without malice, ~SP

I honestly do not believe that the current layout with roman numerals is unclear, personally I actually feel that roman numerals, as I have used them brings greater clarity.

Then I will await the updated version of your draft before providing additional feedback.
I do appreciate this opportunity to discuss these issues with you. It's been most useful in helping me to understand your process.

S:reu Evan,
Now that you're done campaigning for the premiership, can we now expect you to turn your attention towards the feedback you've received on this proposal?

Im afraid that for a couple of months at least I wont be able to give this project that much time, however I will be able to carry out the duties of Başbakan if I am elected.

I will continue this in mid June. So, to recap: 1. You ask for feedback on this proposal, not once, but twice. 2. Upon receiving feedback you do nothing with it for 4 weeks 3. You instead direct your effort toward running for Basbakan, a position you previously resigned from due to lack of time 4. Upon being elected Basbakan, you postpone any possible further work on the proposal for an additional 12 weeks

I cannot help this. I still have time to commit to Atatürk and Talossa. However I don't have enough time to developed this due to having coursework and exam revision and prep coming up. And when I was pushing I had more time to dedicate to this. Also I didn't expect the commons to take so long to organise. It's just been bad timing. I'm sorry if this annoys you but sometimes timing is aquward. But in any case its unlikely that the commons would pass it this term anyway. I'm just making sure that there is a long time to developed this. As was my intention initially.

Unless you were unexpectedly accepted into school, it's unlikely this was completely unforeseeable.
In any event, I just hope you are not too over-committed to hold down your new office. It's questionable, given your total workload.

I'll be able to keep the office. And that's one of the reasons I worked on this so early. But I was hoping for more input earlier on and it would be more advanced now. Unfortunately it worked out later than expected. So now I can't put much effort into this project until my exams are over. Although I'll try to do something but with this and other talossan commitments and outside commitments this project is on hold for a while. But not stopped. And I do not appreciate your rudeness. And this is something not to be rushed and I should do work on it when I have the time to commit.

While my tone is far from coddling, it's hardly rude. Throughout this process you have demonstrated an unwillingness to be flexible or transparent. One might even think that you were disingenuous in soliciting feedback in the first place.

The impression I get from your posts is a tone of rudeness. And it is not my fault that from now on I do not have much time to make adjustments to my proposal here, and I believe that I have been flexible throughout this process, and I think I agreed with a couple of what you believe should be changed. And this is still in a draft and discussion stage. But I just have had other distractions and issues to deal with. Whilst you may not like that, I do expect understanding, also I did have a job just to get the commons to this stage. Also how have I not been transparent? I can see where you might think I've not been flexible, but not transparent. And I was defiantly not being disingenuous in asking for feedback, I appreciate other peoples feedback, and if I believe an idea has merit I will include it. Also I get that your eager and want this to go forward. and I do as well, however I will not rush this document just to finish and present it in a timely fashion. This document, if it become the new constitution will be the foundation of provincial law, the highest law in the province, which should not and cannot be rushed, and because I've not been able to give this as much time and dedication due to other commitments I am delaying making changes until such a time where I can pay it the care and dedication this document deserves.

The Vowel-Provincian rushes by. You know, I always thought you forgot that other people were living in Atatürk who also have a say in the constitution's composition. So, where is that beer?

I want to be happy with the constitution before it goes to the vote as the main author of this document, however I also want it reflect the wishes and the people of Atatürk which is why I'm asking for the provinces input on this. as it is a hugely significant document to the Province. But I just don't have the time needed to work on this until mid June, then I shall adapt the current draft.
