Eh, can't think of a better place to say this, and I guess I qualify, though my comment might not, but:

a) A Talossan Legal Code Act would be implemented in order to codify the Statutory Law into a format that is both easily referred to and ‘articles’ easily located. This job would be taken over by agents of the elected government, from the people in the Royal Household who are currently (not) doing it. (carried forward from last manifesto)

Is not accurate. It IS being done, but inefficiently, excruciatingly slowly and mighty crappily. That's not to say I disagree with the thrust of it, though.

-the person in the Royal Household who is currently (trying to) do it (when he gets enough free time, which is rare. Especially considering he's rather unqualified and overwhelmed by the whole thing.)

Do you have appropriate traditional clothing to go with the meal and if so with visual evidence to post, so that the people on the balcony may have a choice of entertainment, in case the floor show is a bit slow?

A kibbutz is a communal farm in Israel (I've been to one so I know from whence I speak).
