Im probably too late with this, but I noticed something strange in the proposed ZRT manifesto:
Item 10 "Simple abolition of the Semi-Permeable Wall Act; failing that, support of the current MRPT programme for amendment." The semi-permeable act is about foreign relations with "micronations" but the act thats currently being voted on in the cosa, which I think this item refers to applies to Talossa's policy on dual citizenship.
