If a person cannot have opinions, that goes against the status quo or against the policies of other parties, then there is no political freedom in Talossa.
*Facepalm* x 100
You. Are. Allowed. To. Have. Opinions.
They. Just. Might. Not Be. Popular.
As your Ambassador I have NOT broken any laws according to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic or Consular Affairs.
No, but at the same time, you've proven yourself more than consciously unfit to represent the government to the citizens of a foreign country. In most countries, ambassadors should be... well, sane.
But what would you have said if I told you that an actual UN recognized country's embassy contacted the diplomatic mission? Would I then have been "a good envoy" for Talossa?
It is hardly my fault that New Texas contacted me through the diplomatic missions website.
Just as you stated yourself, it was hardly your fault that the "people" from New Texas "contacted" you. Likewise, it'd be completely by chance that a UN-recognize state were to contact you. Still, I'd think imposters of that sort would be clever enough to contact the State Department directly.
Regardless of your links (or lack thereof) to New Texas, it seems fishy that "New Texans" would contact our ex-Ambassador to Finland to consider establishment of diplomatic affairs. They're fishy all around, and we've nothing to do with them. Case closed.
The real matter is, though, and the main reason you were asked to resign, is the fact that you were under investigation, and, regardless of what that investigation may be about, it's only common sense that your title be suspended.
There's one thing I will agree with--- the Court certainly has taken a while to even comment on this case, and I will cite Senator Davis in saying that... there's absolutely nothing anyone in the government can do about it. Maybe this is a weak point in the judicial system, but I'll say again (for the second or third time?) that if you want something done, maybe consider working on some judicial reform bills during this Cosa; I'm certain there's others that'll be willing to jump on and help out with that. Flamewars on Witt aren't going to do anyone any good.
You should also know that after I was fired for cause, the embassy received numerous emails from both private persons and micronations, all of which then went unanswered, which certainly goes to show how isolated this nation of ours is. All the emails where automatically deleted in 24 hours.
Why does the world seem to think that the Ambassador to Finland is the chief person to talk to in Talossan foreign affairs? Odd. I'd ask to see the emails, but.. oh yea, they were deleted.
How do you know you even got them, then?
