UC; I like it, it is direct and a good start to making Ataturk more active.

If this Constitution is still being discussed, I vote ÜC. How about choosing Turkish names for the Premier and the House of Commons?
From my research, I have found that the Turkish word for Premier (first minister), is Başbakan.

I know I don't have much authority here in Ataturk, but I threw together a draft Constitution based on Danielo's one, with more Turkishisms and definition of the executive. I am unsure of its Organicity, nor whether it is suitable for our province:
The CONSTITUTION of the TALOSSAN PROVINCE OF ATATURK as last amended on the __th of _________, ____/___.
WE, the citizens of the Talossan Province of Atatürk, in order to assure the vibrant and continued life of our Province, ESTABLISH the following Constitution for the governance of Atatürk. In doing so, we ACKNOWLEDGE the supreme law of the Kingdom, the Organic Law, and ASSERT that no law of Atatürk shall ever conflict with Organic Law or national statutes.
ARTICLE I. THE PROVINCE and CITIZENS
Section 1: The Province of Atatürk will defend and uphold the rights of her citizens as guaranteed by Talossan law.
Section 2: The name of the Province is Atatürk.
Section 3: Citizens of the Province of Atatürk shall be known as Atatürkeys or Atatürkers.
Section 4: The Official Languages of Atatürk shall be Talossán, Talossan English, and Turkish (in the reformed orthography prescribed by Kemal Atatürk in 1932.)
Section 5: The Provincial Flag, Arms, and other Patriotic Depictions not established in this Constitution shall be decided by Law.
Section 6: The subdivisions of the Province of Atatürk; Cantons, Townships and Parishes shall be decided by Law.
Section : This Constitution shall only be amended, suspended or repealed by an absolute two-thirds majority of the Citizens of Atatürk in referendum.
ARTICLE II. THE KONGRE and THE BAŞKAN
Section 1: Provincial lawmaking powers will be vested in the Kongre (Assembly), which will be composed of every law-abiding citizen of Atatürk who has attained legal voting age as described by Talossan law.
Section 2: The Kongre will elect a Başkan (Head Assembly Person or HAP) by a majority vote, and the Başkan will serve for a period of one year, unless removed by a two-thirds vote of the Kongre. The Başkan will coordinate the business of Kongre, and will assure that every member of the Kongre is afforded an equal opportunity to participation in Assembly business.
Section 3: Upon ratification of this Constitution, the currently-appointed Cunstuval of the Province will oversee the election of the first Başkan, and subsequent Başkan elections will be overseen by the sitting Başkan.
Section 4: The Başkan is entitled to use the Provincial Gong to keep order in debates, and may also wield the Ceremonial Mace of Atatürk (should it exist.)
Section 5: The Kongre will meet on an "as-needed" basis when called to do so by the Başkan. If the Kongre has not assembled for business for a period of 6 months, the Başkan will call for a general meeting of the Kongre to allow for the introduction of any new business and to discuss the overall state of affairs in the Province.
Section 6: Any member of the Assembly may, at any time, present proposed Measures of the Kongre to the Başkan, which will be known as Bills. The Başkan will then issue a "Summons to Vote" to the Kongre by posting a clearly-marked thread on Wittenberg, or in a prominent place on the streets of Atatürk. It is acceptable for the Başkan to hold a Bill for up to 14 days before issuing a "Summons to Vote" should he/she feel that more discussion is required to bring the proposal into a suitable condition for a vote, or to allow for two or more proposals to be presented for vote at one time.
Section 7: Upon calling for a vote, the Başkan will make a reasonable effort to assure that every member of the Kongre is encouraged to vote, and is given suitable opportunity to cast their vote. All votes will be public, and voting will be closed at the end of the 14th day following the call to vote. Votes may be cast by posting in the thread of a "Summons to Vote," and by any other methods deemed suitable by the Başkan. A vote will be considered passed if a majority of all elibible voters vote in favor of it, or if 2/3 of all votes cast are in favor. Otherwise, the vote will be considered failed.
Section 8: Should a Bill pass the Kongre, it shall be submitted to the King or to his Cunstaval for Royal Assent. Upon signature by the King or his Cunstaval, a Bill immediately becomes a Measure of the Kongre, with the force of Law within the boundaries of this fair Province.
Section 9: The King or his Cunstaval may Veto a Bill, thereby returning it to the Kongre, who may reconsider it. If the King or his Cunstuval does not sign or Veto a Bill within three weeks of its passage of the Kongre, he shall be deemed to have signed it, and it shall enter into law as a Measure of the Kongre.
Section 10: The Kongre shall not pass acts of attainder.
ARTICLE III. The EXECUTIVE
Section 1: The power to execute and to maintain the laws of Atatürk shall reside with the Başbakan (First Minister.)
Section 2: The Başbakan shall not be confused with the Başkan, who is the Head Assembly Person.
Section 3: The Başbakan shall be appointed by the Cunstaval, on the advice of the entire population of Ataturk, who shall elect a Başbakan at the same time as the entire Kingdom of Talossa is electing a new Cosa. Section 4: The Başbakan may delegate executive power to a Kabine, or Council of Ministers. The members of the Kabine shall be drawn from the members of the Kongre. The members of the Kabine shall be appointed by the Cunstaval of Ataturk, on the advice of the Başbakan. The members of the Kabine may be dismissed at any time by the Cunstaval, on the advice of the Başbakan.
Section 5: The Başbakan may, in emergency circumstances, pass legislation on behalf of the Kongre. These Measures of the Başbakan may be vetoed by the Cunstaval. Measures of the Başbakan shall not be acts of attainder.
ARTICLE IV. The STATUS of this CONSTITUTION
i. Upon Ratification of this Constitution, all Laws contrary to its provisions, or superseded thereby, are instantly repealed. Other Laws, which are not in conflict with this Constitution shall remain in force.
ARTICLE V. RATIFICATION
This Constitution is hereby ratified on this ____ day of _____, _____.
---------------------------------- Has someone already made a Constitution? Brad? This is just basically to get the topic active again. I'm in no way attached to this one. Except I like the Turkish words...

Maybe something like this should be put in: The province is bisected into two cantons by Maryland Avenue. The western canton is named Flúvia-Montevúdio, and the eastern canton Abbavilla. Maybe something about a judicial system also? E
