Very nice job. I like the ones with Talossa on them and would purchase them to add to my letters if availble. What would be the cost to print them? We have some money to invest. As for Ben, who knows what he would do. Do we fear him?

Mr. Alexander is right. The CLP was a dynamic party determined to bring growth and real democracy to the Kingdom. Once that mission was accomplished...interest waned.

Why not vote? Because I choose not too. That is reason enough. Are Americans herded to the polls at gunpoint and forced to vote? Do they lose their citizenship? Many Americans do not vote because they see the the entire political process as corrupt. Others do not want to draw the attention of those in power. Others simply are not interested in politic's. I know this will go nowhere and that is why I am fading away like so many others. It would be interesting to have a site that lists the names of all those expelled from the Kingdom for failing to vote as well as those with time left and how much. It might surprise us all to see the "famous" names we have lost. Ask yourself a question. What does it hurt to let them retain their citizenship? The argument that we will lose contact with them is their concern. The web site is there. All they have to do is type in Talossa and there they are. And if they do a new cause or idea might re-ignite their desire to vote and become involved....or it might not. But it does hurt the Kingdom to throw people away, it does.

I no longer vote so I am judged an inactive citizen and will soon be "tossed out" of the Kingdom. Not every citizen is a Talossan for the same reasons nor always votes. My daughter never votes, she see's no reason too. My one son voted just once. The others always vote. But they are all Americans and love their country just the same.

Asmour is right. Some things are still in place that Ben created just for the purpose of staying in control. Such as the 3 strikes law. Not everyone wants to be constantly active...but if every Talossan who did not abdicate or get thrown out was able to come back and vote...well, no election would be assured. And Talossans could reappear when their interests did without having to go through the immigration process ( and approval) again. No party would be able to become complacent. Ben feared that and so.... Ben also feared that same electorate might throw him out so he made Talossa a monarchy with him as King. He would still be King but for his ego. Why not meet half way, keeping the good King we have now but with a nation wide approval vote, say 2/3 to say no, every three years? And no members of the immediate Royal Family in the government! Didn't the CLP fight for that years ago? Right now so many have faded away, John Jahn-Supreme Court Justice, Dan Lorentz-Former PM and Supreme Court Justice, , Greg Rajala-Regent, Alan Simmerman-Burgermeister, and the list goes on. These were the bedrock of Talossa, responsible for it's survival. I am about to join them. Make these changes now and watch Talossa grow larger and larger, with new parties and ideas everywhere. Who knows, you might even find some of the Old Growthers gain interest again?

Please keep me informed as the date approached. Perhaps I can persuade a few of the old growthers to join us.

The CLP initiated the fee (tax) to both limit so many endless frivolous parties and to create a source of Revenue for the Kingdom. It appears to have worked very well. If you wish to eliminate it what would you replace it with?

This was Ben's demand, to know exactly who belonged to the CLP. His reasons were pretty transparent. When I refused his demands, he attempted to throw us all out. NO, a hundred times, NO!

Oh God John, I'm sorry. The loss of our parents exposes our own mortality. Now, faith and family.

I am ignorant of all of this but I would say...NO to handling it in private, No to delays. Put everything on the table. This is what makes Talossa great. I shudder when I hear words like "lets deal with this in private" or "No need to make this public". These are words that are the enemy of democracy! These are words Mad King Ben loved using. We are a strong and transparent Kingdom. Disagreements and public discourse only serve to make us stronger. "Justice delayed is Justice denied". Lets get on with this!

It's still going strong the Talossan Flag flying outside on summer days. Just had our "All Hallows" Party complete with Band and Costumed patrons. Still cleaning up broom sticks today. And some famous Talossans have visited as well as a Republican or two.
