I generally like Edward Snowden, and it's really important that we support openness in government and transparency, but he hasn't done anything for the Talossan state or the Talossan nation, except in the vaguest terms. I abstained from this, personally.

A note on RZ7 - it was altered from the Bill that was presented in the Hopper. The original Bill asked "King John I to consider granting to Edward Snowden a peerage." to it's current wording. That change was not discussed in the Hopper.
