[ZRT CONVENTION] Proposed Amendments to Party Constitution

Mr President, I would like the Convention to decide on the following amendments, which will combine the positions of Party President and General Secretary. I don't think we need both.

Here is the ZRT Constitution and Platform. The Amendment is:

1. Amend sections 5 and 9 to replace "Party President" with "General Secretary".
2. Delete last sentence of section 10 and last sentence of section 11.
3. Amend section 12 to read:

The General Secretary shall be in charge of organisation of the Party. S/he shall keep a roll of current members and administer party publications. S/he shall chair meetings of the CC, and organise discussions within the Party on the content of the Manifesto or of changes to this Constitution or the Platform.

4. Delete section 13.
