M-Mers,
I come to your province to seek clarification on whether the Historic Water Tower falls within the borders of M-M or Vuode.
US census data has this particular piece of land numbered as 7600-3-011 (The 11th Township of the 3rd Parish within Canton 76). Canton 76 is Dun Cestour, so, following census data the Tower belongs to Vuode. However, some Talossan maps show the tower as belonging to M-M.
The tower (and block 7600-3-011) lies in the center of a roundabout. The southern edge of this roundabout is E. North Avenue. The southern border of Vuode is also listed as E. North Ave.
I seek your opinion on whether the southern border of Vuode takes E. North Avenue in full, thus following the southern side of the roundabout and placing the tower within Vuode, or whether our border takes the north side of the roundabout and thus giving M-M a claim to a tiny portion of E. North Avenue and also the Tower.
Éovart Grischun, The United Provinces of Vuode and Dandenburg.

I am looking at the census maps also, and it seems as if the land in the middle of the roundabout is evenly divided; so MM and Vuode own half of the tower!

It is my feeling that Vuode should not be allowed to steal our water tower. However, in the interests of harmony with that lesser province, Maritiimi-Maxhestic could perhaps agree that our province shall have control of the tower, while Vuode shall have control of the water inside. That seems an equitable arrangement.

I think that to prevent animosity between your respective provinces, the water tower should be declared a Benitian exclave.
