Whereas, the current constitution is defunct in maintaining provincial activity
Whereas, without activity Our once great province has become a Ghost Province
Whereas, the tumbleweeds are a health hazard
Whereas, the current way of electing our government in ineffective under the current constitution and the constitution currently reads as:-
ARTICLE II. THE HOUSE of COMMONS and THE BAsBAKAN Section 1 Provincial lawmaking powers will be vested in the Atatürk House of Commons. The number of seats in the House of Common shall equal 10% of the number of seats in the Cosa. The allocation of the number of seats in the Cosa. The Basbakan will coordinate the business of the House of Commons, maintain order, and may dictate points of order and rules of conduct with the chamber.
Therefore, We the citizens of Ataturk formaly have voted and declared thay our constitution shall be changed to:-
ARTICLE II. THE HOUSE of COMMONS and THE BAsBAKAN Section 1 Provincial lawmaking powers will be vested in the Atatürk House of Commons. The number of seats in the House of Common shall equal
10% of the number of seats in the Cosa. The seats shall be allocated baced on a provincial election which shall take place at the same time as the National Elections. No individual in the house can be allocated more than 6 seats. The people wishing to run for election must come from an Established political party. No more than three people per party may run for election. The party which has the most elected members in the House of Commons shall form the majority government. If there is no clear majority a coalition may be formed or if one cannot be formed then we will re run the election in a second round. The elections shall first be performed by the Cunstival initial then there after by the Provincial Secretary
Section 2 Members of the House of Commons shall be Atatürkeys in good standing, at least fourteen years of age, and shall not have a criminal record in Talossa
Section 3 The House of Commons will elect one member of the House of Commons to be the Speaker of the Chamber and Executive of Atatürk, or the Basbakan, by a majority vote, also a Provincial Secretary The Basbakan will serve for the duration of a Cosa, unless removed by a two-thirds vote of the House of Commons. The Provincial Secretary will be in charge of co-ordinating provincial elections, keeping provincial records and conducts the votes in the Ataturk house of commons. All positions must be filled within 7-10 days of the Members of Commons being elected otherwise are in breach of this Constitutuon. If this is not met then Our Senator has the right to step in and appoint members from the members who are up for election. If the senator fails to do so after 7 days past the deadline then by an act of the Cosa, the cosa will appoint members from the candidates for election.
This is by the will of the Citizens of Ataturk and by the House of Commons of Ataturk.
