Let's make Maritiimi-Maxhestic the best province in the land with the most active people and most active things to do. make it a province people would be glad to be from and live in and hope people don't immigrate due to the lack of stuff.

What position would you like? I don't see any problem with arranging that.

Well, our current provincial offices are Assemblyperson, for members of our elected Assembly, Grand General Secretary, for the ceremonial head of that body, and Grand Specific Undersecretary, for the Assembly's all-purpose secretary and workhorse. However, if you have some specific ideas, I'm sure we can without too much trouble approve some sort of position for you. But first, what thoughts did you have about what you would like to do here, if I might ask?

Of course! Well, I'm very open to new ideas, so if you have some specifics, I'd love to help.

How about a provincial equivalent of a ministry of culture?

Well, because we don't have an executive branch (by design), we can't have an office like that. The closest equivalent would be a committee in the Assembly dedicated to that purpose, but the Assembly is already small enough that any such activity should really already be considered in the Assembly as a whole.
Is it that you specifically want some sort of office and title, or that you have some ideas you want to implement? The Assembly would be eager to hear and act on any plans you might have.
