On the advice of and in the name of the government of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, I hereby issue the following Executive Order:
Done on Friday, the sixth day of July, 2012, the first year of the existence of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, and of the independence of Talossa the thirty-third.

In the event of a tie in the Senatorial election of June/July 2012 in the Free Province of Fiôvâ, the provincial government resolves that it shall conduct a secret ballot election as described in the Fiôvân Elections and Referendum Law, using the same provisions used to elect the province's Capitan as stated in Section 5 of the aforementioned law.
The victorious candidate of the election shall be declared the elected Senator of Fiôvâ.
