Once upon a time, Talossa saw its beloved homesoil behind barbed wire; this old, sacred island was trapped in the past, trapped by concerns about "safety" and "reasonable caution" and other such cowardly ideas.
But we liberated - didn't we just! Cutting through that fence, liberating the very capital of the island.
That's Progressivism encapsuled. Progressives believe in real action in the wider world - like Talossa liberating its beloved Cézembre. We believe in Talossa engaging in humanitarian aid, in engaging the outside world in our strange, wonderful life - and we believe in showing the rest of the world how they might be better nations themselves. We believe in progress, not stasis.
We also believe in a constitutional monarchy, in the civil rights of citizens being protected, and in sorting out our messy law. As the second oldest party continually active in the Kingdom, we've achieved quite a bit - for instance, in starting to sort out our Cort system, in protecting citizens' privacy and building our culture by holding poetry competitions, by blazing the way in modern Talossan journalism, and by generally being all-round good guys.
Vote for the Common Sense Progressive Party - it's the Cézembrean option.
