"Pour Héalie, pas de changement : nous sommes toujours heureux d'être vos amis".
I know, the Kingdom doesn't maintain "diplomatic relationships" to other micronations, which is kind of okay, but can we make a deal that allows for the admission of our foreign friends to - at least - the Fiôvân forum?
It would be embarrassing to tell them that the reunited Talossa of the year 2012 is still clinging to the old Madisonian isolationism and xenophobia!

I don't think there's anything against Chokobao or whatever his name is getting a Witt-XI account and posting here, is there?

Well, according to the " Wittenberg is for Talossans Act" (proposed by the exalted Baron Fritz while he was Seneschal and which was passed, actually, to allow the administrators to banish Ben from the forums after his abdication), it takes explicit permission from the Prime Minister to approve any guest account. (This particular brand of "isolationism", if you will, is not Madisonian, but at its base is anti-Madisonian.) As Distain, I believe I can say that the current government would be just fine allowing persons invited to be guests in the Fiovan community to do so. Once a request is made, I am certain the Prime Ministry would inform the Wittenberg administrators that the account is approved. Hool P.S. That I am in any way xenophobic is a dirty, baseless rumour started by the damn foreigners.
