WHEREAS the constitutional term for the Cunstaval in Cézembre is “The Governor-General”
WHEREAS the great province of Cézembre has been without a The Governor-General for prolonged and gratuitous amount of time
WHEREAS a The Governor-General is needed for the proper functioning of the provincial government, the legislative process and the promulgation of important constitutional amendments
WHEREAS in the past the esteemed citizens of this province have taken upon themselves to arduously work on Ziu bills to do the work which should have been dealt with simply at provincial level by the Governor-General
WHEREAS there appears to be no immediate plans to appoint a Governor-General and move should be made now to a appoint a Governor-General
THEREFORE the États de Cézembre hereby:
- Urges His Majesty King John to appoint a Cunstaval (Governor-General) for Cézembre as a matter of urgency
- Urges the Sénéchal of Cézembre to write to His Majesty King John, as soon as may be, requesting a Governor-General be appointed to Cézembre, as soon as possible
- Urges the Lord Warden (Cézembre Senator) to also write to His Majesty King John, as soon as may be, requesting a Governor-General be appointed to Cézembre, as soon as possible
