Keeping in mind that MM is Currently under a state of emergency and all executive and legislative power is vest in the Cunstaval. Hmmm, well I went back and read the proceedings from earlier in the year. Istefan and Alexander are indeed correct. This makes things much less complicated and I guess I shall be sending a recommendation to the King without delay as the elected but powerless provincial Executive.  |
