I have information that S:r Flip Molinar, the author and sponsor of the HCEA is on vacation for the better part of this coming week. I am 100% sure that he would want this bill clarked, am I able to submit a request to clark the HCEA as Flip's proxy in the capacity that I am a co-sponsor on this bill ?

Please do not clark the "If you don't ask, you don't get act". It was a half baked bill that I do not wish to go through with.
If it is too late to remove it from the clark, please be it on record that I am not wishing to co-sponsor the bill and my name should have been removed from it. ta.
