Cezembre leads in voter turnout + govt formation

Again our fair province is a leader of the realm in terms of percentage of voter turnout, with 12 of 13 listed voters participating in the recent election. The last notes I see show that no party has a plurality in the province. Even so, a coalition government of a majority will need to be assembled.
