Sorry for this rather late post... I'd like to wish all citizens of Cézembre a good St. Brendan's day. I would of posted long ago, but I've had to pluck up the courage.
I celebrated by eating a rather nice lemon cake, how did you all celebrate?

Saint Brendan's? Is that May 16th? Is that a Cézembrian holiday?
Though I didn't know it was Saint Brendan's day at the time, I did have ice cream that day.

So many questions! It was to my knowledge last week and a Cézembrian holiday, although it would be very typical of me to be misinformed...

St Brendan is indeed our patronal saint, and a fine story his life is too!
Happy St B's!

My sister Laura (one of only three who aren't Talossan) was born on May 16, and I always associated her with St. Brendan... ...more specifically with St. Brendan's Irish Cream. Well, maybe that's because I associate a lot of people (pretty much anyone I can think of) with St. Brendan's Irish Cream. But hey, it's also my sister's birthday, so at least there's that. Hooligan

Another reason to celebrate is never something to turn down...
