Hey Istefan,
Welcome to M-M and I apologize for the deafening silence. I hope that this message will make some effort towards raising the volume. Have you had an opportunity to review our provincial constitution?
Breneir

Hi Breneir I have had an opportunity to review our provincial constitution. Interesting document especially the emergency powers during times of bad behaviour talossan quirkiness at its best maybe.

Indeed. It was authored by one of our most prestigious citizens, Alexander Davis.

Howdy and welcome! I apologize for not seeing this immediately; I generally try to keep very close tabs on our provincial board.
Yes, provincial activity has always been very low in Talossa, with occasional exceptions for when one prominent citizen or another tried to make a province his personal property (something that has happened more than once). Attempts have been made on occasion to revive matters, but I think it ultimately is a factor of population. Even in this province (which is widely known to be the best) we have fewer than twenty citizens. Given that only about 10% or so of Talossans are particularly active, these means that our provincial activity is unusually higher than it could be.

There is no provincial statutory law; there were some previous regulations grandfathered in from Maxhestic Province, I believe, but none of them hold force of law at this point.
Currently the Assembly has no business. There is no timetable for sittings of the Assembly. Should someone have an issue they wish to raise, then we would convene and review the matter. At some point we will have to do that anyway or else our constitution would necessitate the Emergency Powers Clause being used next term, resulting in the installation of the Cunstaval as provincial dictator.

As the assembly has not been convened will that automatically necessitate the Emergency Powers Clause being used next term, resulting in the installation of the Cunstaval as provincial dictator.
