If you want to have a bill to stand even a remote chance of being Clarked, you need to get them in the Hopper by Midnight TDT tonight.

Those that are already Clark-worthy are the ones submitted in September.

Party Leaders, I expect you will instruct your MC's on the proper language for Bills, timing, rules, etc, etc.
