Azul!
It was with great sadness that I learned of the closing of the illustrious and famed Napoleons store. Although never having the pleasure of visiting this wonderful place, there is no doubt in my mind of the special role that Napoleons has in our nation's history and the lives of so many individual Talossans.
To honour Napoleons, a place where both our gracious Sovereign and several legendary Talossans have congregated, I hereby declare Monday, February 21, 2005 to be NAPOLEONS DAY. On this day, I urge all Talossans to reflect on this most marvelous of stores and in some way to thank the owner, and fellow citizen, Fritz von Buchholtz. It would be most appropriate for citizens to engage in Talossa's national past-time of wargaming on this day.
I further declare that all Talossans who are so able, should make a pilgrimage to Napoleons before the store closes its doors for the last time. May God bless Fritz and his family in all their future endeavours!
Done under my hand this sixteenth day of February, two thousand and five.
God Save The King!

"I further declare that all Talossans who are so able, should make a pilgrimage to Napoleons before the store closes its doors for the last time. May God bless Fritz and his family in all their future endeavours!" Hear hear! I have made the pilgramage - yesterday, in fact - amidst a torrent of other folks (geeky role-player types and wargamers alike), and found no decent games to buy left, alas (either already own them or else didn't want them), BUT did find a neat book "Flags of the Third Reich" and two loverly, professionally framed prints of Third Reich propaganda posters!! Alas, Nappy's was the last place in town for such wonderful things. I am glad Fitz is with us, however, and now that he will not have the store to mind on a daily basis, he can give Talossa - and building the CLP - his undivided attention!! Congrats, PM Hamilton, on obtaining your office, and it is nice to see one of the CLP folks in an important office in the cabinet... though... I can think of a much better suited individual for an office such as Wargames or Defense Minister.

Thank you for your kind words. There may be a position for you, if you are good.

To be honest, I would consider an offer to serve in the future, but those are the only two offices that I have any interest in...that I can think of. But anyway, on with governance!

Hear, hear, Prime Minister! As you probably know, Sunday, 13 March 2005, will be the last Immigration Day held at Napoleon's. We are expecting a very good turnout, hopefully to include the two prospectives that Fritz has been telling us about for weeks. Depending on how people feel about it, we could schedule a Living Cosâ to coincide with that event. At any rate, the meeting will feature the playing of the RT national anthem and the formal lowering of the Talossan flag. We are already at work figuring out where it will be hoisted the next month--Napoleon's passes by, but Talossa lives on! Ben
