Members of the assembly, S:reu Davis has submitted the final draft of his proposal for the governing document of our province. The ratification vote, should there be no objections, will last 72 hours.
In solidarity, Breneir GGS

Could I actually suggest that we do an open vote, rather than a poll? The poll is kind of hard to control, since anyone can vote.

That is the full round then, with 100% approval. Now I believe, according to the rules of procedure therein, that now we pass it to referendum for the citizens of the province... I think a week response time is sufficient. Would the Grand General Secretary like to do this?

I refer the GGS to the other convention thread, and ask that he consider my statement therein before progressing to referendum and ratification by the citizenry. But if he has considered it and wishes to proceed rather than returning to the document (a move I would support), then I think it would be entirely proper for the GGS to draft and administer the referendum, with the Assembly's thanks.
