As a newly elected member of the Legislative Assembly of Maricopa, I hereby call on my fellow members of the Assembly to, um, assemble, so that we can begin the process of considering the rules under which the Assembly will operate, and other matters of provincial concern. I echo the hope of my RUMP brethren in other provinces that the CLP will soon name its representatives to the Assembly.

Sorry to keep bumping old threads, but I have to say that I love the title of this one, as Out of the Silent Planet is one of my favorite books. This is assuming that I've caught the intended reference, of course.
