In accordance with Article XVII.9d of the Organic Law, which states: "Each provincial parliament...shall choose by majority vote of its seats an executive officer or Premier...analogous to the federal Prime Minister." After reviewing the Organic Law, I cannot seem to find any regulations regarding when exactly these elections are to take place, so I am currently under the assumption that this lies in the Corporative Chamber's jurisdiction (If this is not the case, I would strongly appreciate it if someone would correct me). Might I recommend that we follow the example of the ongoing Cézembre Sénéchal elections, and have Maestro Dewinter call a provincial election, and have some sort of nomination process?

Might I recommend that we follow the example of the ongoing Cézembre Sénéchal elections, and have Maestro Dewinter call a provincial election, and have some sort of nomination process? Okay, so here's the best answers to your questions that I can give you. So- Yes, there is no thing specifically stated in the Organic Law stating when the provinces elect a Maestro. So, considering that, I think it is fair to elect the Maestro after the Constitution officially passes. Now, I made it clear in the emails I sent concerning provincial voting that we do not currently have a Maestro, but S:da deWinter could keep her position as Cunstaval. Considering all this, nominations will simply be by personal choice. If Capt. TM doesn't vote by Sunday, as stated in the constitution, he will not be tallied in the vote and will officially be removed from the total number of people required pass it. So! The nomination process will begin and end within the next week and elections taking place for the two weeks after the nomination process is over. Hope that answers everything!!

I apologize, for some reason or another, I'm not getting these e-mails. This has occurred on several occasions, I'll have to work out the errors in my e-mail addresse... Now, just so I can confirm, has she officially stepped down from the position (and/or) has her term ended? Because, it would be rather embarrassing should S:da deWinter come on to the provincial forum only to see that we've replaced her... Again, if such things were addressed in the e-mail, I apologize... I'm not getting them.

Hopefully the same problem doesn't explain Capt Asmourescu's absence. This is a good point. Some other method (apart from e-mail) of contact should be attempted to reach Capt. Asmourescu. The first thing that comes to mind is a telephone number, but something tells me that information is perhaps best kept private. Does anyone happen to know of some alternate means (i.e. AIM, Yahoo, Skype, etc. screen name) from which we might be able to reach the Captain?

S:reu Caçeir, I did not send you any emails because I am within close contact with you personally, on AIM, and several other ways of contacting you, so don't worry about the emails since I never sent you any.
I have emailed the KoT.net address and his direct address both, the first being sent 2 weeks and the second being sent one week ago. I have also notified him that if he fails to vote eventually, he'll be chalked up as absent (which doesn't penalize you in any way).
