Perhaps the États de Cézembre can be called to order later this month - I'd like to propose that the provincial election date be moved each year to September 1st, the date of our founding such that it does not conflict with national elections, at least until those shift to a time nearby, in which case we could move the date yet again.

Hmmm personally I think we need a new Senechal, and a new Cunstavais for that matter.

The Prime Minister admits his neglect in appointing a Cunstaval for your fair province, and promises prompt attention to the matter. He had been anxious for the proposal of a law providing some further definition of the duties of a Cunstaval, and the appropriate persons to be chosen as the King's representative in each of his provinces, and the appropriate recommending body or person to suggest Cunstavals to the King (personally, I believe that the Prime Minister should not be the recommender). This is the cause of the unfortunate delay in appointing a Cunstaval for Cezembre.
Your Prime Minister is now of the belief that the Cunstaval in each province should NOT be a citizen of that province, since the person acting in this capacity is something of a viceroy, providing the King's oversight to the actions of any legislative body there, and as such should not be invested in those decisions or benefit in any way by them, and therefore to prevent any conflict of interest, should be a citizen of another of the King's provinces.
I pledge to recommend an active Talossan to serve as your Cunstaval, and I thank the proud people of Cezembre for their generous patience.
