Now that the États de Cézembre is again in session, with quite a different formation, I believe that it is wise for us to hold elections for the exalted office of Senechal of Cezembre, so that the island's leadership enjoys the confidence of the Etats. Could the Cunstavál, with his superior knowledge of the law and tradition, please advice on how this process should take place?

It is my understanding that the Sénéchal shall be elected by the majority of votes within the assembly, and thus should the RUMP wish to propose a candidate, and should their own membership be inclined to vote for said candidate, and as the CLP and CRO in the current division of seats cannot form a majority, said candidate shall become the Premier of the province. It is the position of the CRO that we (I) would be in full support of retaining S:reu Spyropoulos in that position.
