Making sure Talossa is a better place for all of its Citizens! It is time for a change, and the ZPT is still the vanguard of that change. We are composed of people who have constructive criticisms of the status quo. We resolve to stay active and champion the cause for which our party is named, the defence of the Talossan people. On Democracy: The ZPT believes that voting once every three elections should be the minimum level of participation required to maintain citizenship. All citizens should be treated equal whether Old Growthers or Cybercits. The ZPT also believes that apathy is not a crime and that citizen can choose to participate as much or as little as they wish within Talossa.
On Culture: Talossan culture is the most unique, rich and sophisticated aspect of Talossa. Both the Talossan language and the Berber heritage should be celebrated and encouraged by the government. We must strive to enhance our knowledge of both.

If elected in government, the ZPT intent on creating a chancellry of Honours responsable to maintain, document and organise Talossan honours, orders, decorations and medals. The system would be similar to that of Britain and would be under the authority of the King (and not the government).
Another project, is to form a standing committee of the Ziu on immigration, the goal would be to find sound methods of getting new prospectives, as well as a way to identify and rectify problems within the immigration ministry or in the legislation, as those problem arise.
The ZPT will also form a directorate under the ministry of culture, whose purpose would be to find legal ways to protect Talossan cultural heritage from being continually harvested and usurped by other micronations.
If in opposition, the ZPT will continue to be a strong critic of the government in matters of immigration, culture and citizenship rights.

The ZPT is comitted to have all Talossan legislations scrutinized, codified and compiled into a new "L'Anuntzia" that would include all Talossan laws still in force.
This is very important and must be available for all citizens.

The ZPT is determined to protect the rights of all Talossans, whether Old Growthers or Cybercits. We must encourage immigration and growth especially within the Greater Talossan Area, but the rights of Talossan abroad must be preserved and protected.

> The ZPT is comitted to have all Talossan legislations scrutinized, codified and compiled into a new "L'Anuntzia" that would include all Talossan laws still in force. This is a massive, major, mega-project that needs a lot of people's input. It's good to see you taking the initiative, I'll help out any way I can. I have the entire corpus of Talossan laws on paper from 1979 till 1996. The subsequent stuff is contained in a variety of locales, on and off-line. You seem to have access to it, but it's a question of putting it all together. I have maintained from the start that what we fundamentally need is an INDEX to all the legislation -- basically just a chronological list of all bills that actually are passed and are law. That way, we don't have to retype or store all proposals, just the ones that are really Talossan law. I'm working on the update to the Atlas right now and it's very annoying doing "Find all files" searches on my entire hard-drive for particular legal details. A comprehensive single list of laws would be a life-saver for Talossa. Ben P.S. I noted this to Marc in an e-mail: Brook Pànetâ got a leaflet in the mail from the ZPT (excellent work, Marc!) but the leaflet had been opened and tampered with by the US authorities!
