I am new to this forum and would like to hear from ther individuals about Talossa. I have followed Tolossian Affairs for about 20 years, participated in Bens early WWI Colonial Campaign (always the peace maker with the mightiest army) and am acquainted with John Jahn, Wes Erni and Ben. I am the proprietor of Napoleons Game Store (now in our 26th year) and as such would like Talossa Fest on an annual basis. We have two large Gaming Halls downstairs with the states largest, permanent, carpeted gaming table and several smaller. Upstairs we have just added a gaming room, complete with a small kitchen and tables to game at. If this works out I would seek permission to hang a sign outside the store designating it approved by the "Talossian Empire". I have never been forced outside the world of my imagination, am an adequate board gamer, and have sponsored and run the nations largets Napoleonic Campaign for the last 20 years. If anyone would like to know more about me or Napoleons please feel free to ask.

Azul, Fritz! Thanks for the invitation to have TalossaFest annually at the store. As one of several Greater Talossan Area citizens to have visited, I think this would be an excellent venue. Especially as board wargaming is by law Talossa's national hobby (how many nations can say that?) As for the rest of you: I'd encourage you to say hello to Fritz and introduce yourselves. He's a great guy, a good businessman, a deep thinker, and honest and ethical to the core. He's just what Talossa needs, and I look forward to the immigration minister's recommendation on his citizenship. Ben P.S. Fritz, as a newbie I'll give you a pass on this one but it's "Talossan" not Talossian.

Azul All,
Well then, unless objected too, I will order the making of a sign to hang outside the store much in the manner of an old country doctor. Several others will be put up as well. They will be announcing Napoleons as the Milwaukee Napoleonic Society Headquarters and another listing it as the location for SWAGS (Southern Wisconsin Ancient Gamers Society). Does anyone have some suggestions as to what it might say, proper colors, logo, etc? I am open to anything. I have heard and read bits and smudgeons of the "splitters"? A explanation would be appreciated. That seems to happen to a lot of organizations, churches, etc. Seems to be the rite of passage almost. I have know Ben going way back. This was always his dream, and without his dedication and work it would never have come into being or lasted as long. That is where my loyalties lay. On a different note, Napoleons can also be the public place to leave informational materials, etc. Having some health problems so it is time to call it an evening.

Azul Mark,
Sorry I was late in replying. Christmas and all. And my ex-wife has been staying at the house for the past two weeks. Staggering. Thanks for your work on my joining Talossa. Just waiting out the elections right now. The stores party (CLP) is hoping for some votes to help us move forward on our agenda of growth and gaming. Have heard nothing but good things about you. Hope to meet you this coming year. Fritz
