To have a bill properly Clarked, it must be submitted to the Hopper no less than 10 days before the 20th of the month.
Uh, that would be the 10th. Like, the day after tomorrow.
I must get notice by the Authors of the Bills that they want their Bills "Clarked" by no later than the 20th.
So, let's get all the flotsam and jetsam cleaned up, and get ready to have a good May Clark, otay? This includes rewording, rewritting, and general making the bills look pretty for everyone to vote on.

I would like to see the Tibetan and Unrecognized Peoples Autonomy Act and the Saffron Act clarked for May should they be deemed eligible.
