We Should Recognize Nations two Different Ways, we should recognize nations as De Facto (Factual Country's whether legal or not, whether part of another nation or not) and/or as a De Jure Nation (Legally a Nation or should be)
For Instance, Kosovo would be a De Jure and Defacto Nation, The Republic of Minerva would be De Jure, and Sealand would be De Facto.

Andrew -- New threads in the Hopper board are to be started only by members of the Ziu, posting a draft act of legislation, sponsored by that member, and the thread is then used to provide public discussion on the merits of that proposal, allowing it to be edited and modified according to the comments of the citizenry. Ideas for legislation should be posted elsewhere, on the main board of Wittenberd, or mailed direct to members of the Ziu, to be picked up and run-with by legislators if they like the idea.
