What about those that haven't made up their minds? Can't they still ask questions? Can't they debate the merits of an Act? Are they not allowed to discuss the wording of a Bill? Mick: When you write your bills. You can clark them when you want? And choose not to chage? I personally refuse to change it... I'm not sure what you mean by this? I have written and Clarked a few bills of my own. I was not adverse to changing the wording until the very last moment, before actual voting had begun. I actually welcomed fine tuning of my bills. It helped them all get passed. Is that wrong?
