MC Gavártgic'h removed this bill from the upcoming Clark, and he and I are jointly drafting a revision of the bill, which will also (as it happens) address the issue raised by Justice Siervicül concerning clause 16 of the New Numismatic Naming Act. This bill, which we hope to hop sometime in the next couple weeks, is meant to determine a fiscal calendar for the Kingdom, and calls for specific reports (such as the Burgermeister report in this thread) and specifies details of the Finance Minister's report to the Ziu that is mandatory per clause 14 of the NNNA.

Oh. Well, peachy! If only all of my requests were fulfilled prior to the asking (*coughcorporatearmscough*).

I concur with the Senator - this is a good Bill, but with the current grey area regarding control of finances it might benefit waiting a month or two.

This seems like a good idea. A few comments: It looks like there are a couple of editing errors. The parenthesis in section 3 is never closed, and section 5 ends mid-sentence. Maybe we could clarify the sentence stating that the budget "must cover all expenses that may come up" a little. I don't think the 2/3 requirement for passing the budget is organic. See Article X and Article V, Section 6 of the OrgLaw.

May I ask for a point of Clarification?
When is: "exactly one week after the Cosa assembles " ?

If the Cosa assembles on Feb 1st, then the report must come out by Feb 8

So, is it the First Session of the Cosa after the General Elections?
Which would be 3 weeks after the close of the General Elections?
What if the King announces a "Warrant of Prorogation" ?
(I'm just wanting to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed)
