Amendments to the Organic Law, of course, must first be passed by the Ziu, and only later (if they pass) referred to the populace for ratification. The acts in the Hopper are destined first for the Ziu.

I believe there are only those three amendments that need to be Clarked... the Home Improvement Acts and the Please Release Me Act (which is a better title).

To clarify: I have asked already in the Tim and Al threads that they be Clarked, and I believe so has the ignoble author of the Please Release Me Act.

My email is Ministerofstuff@kingdomoftalossa.net, for questions like these, but the answer is that Tim and Al were the male leads of the television show Home Improvement some years ago... and since these acts improve house law, it makes sense.
