DRAFT Writ of Initial Investigative Authority
In order to establish a credible chain of evidence regarding the wishes of the legal guardian(s) of one Louis X (name withheld for privacy) in relation to the activities of the Kingdom of Talossa, the Cosâ hereby commends [INSERT NAME OF MP(S) OR OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS OR OTHER APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES IN THE UNITED STATES, STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY OF MILWAUKEE] to investigate the following issues:
1. To make personal and direct contact with Ms. Michelle [SURNAME WITHHELD FOR PRIVACY] [possibly living on MARION AVE SOUTH MILWAUKEE WI or in area code (414) , or via other information to be provided by Sir Fritz, or by contact with R. Ben Madison, or by other appropriate means]
2. To request information regarding her documentation of guardianship of Louis [LAST NAME WITHHELD FOR PRIVACY REASONS]
Should this guardianship be established, then
3. To discover the amount of knowledge that Ms. M. X. has of the Kingdom of Talossa (if any)
4. To discuss the history of the Kingdom of Talossa and that of the monarchy with Ms. M X.
5. To discuss if there is any manner by which Louis X can participate in the activities of the Kingdom of Talossa, by name or psedonym, in active or passive manner.
Should Ms. M X be established as the legal guardian, and there be assent to allowing Louis X to participate in activities in any manner.
6. The appointed agent(s) should, within the presence of the legal guardian, discover the amount of knowledge that Louis has of the Kingdom of Talossa (if any)
7. To discuss the history of the Kingdom of Talossa and that of the monarchy with Louis.
8. To discuss if there is any interest by Louis X to participate in the activities of the Kingdom of Talossa, by name or psedonym, in active or passive manner.
Should this body decide that it would be appropriate to use an independent third party to make this contact (and eliminate #4 and #7 at a minimum from the activities defined above) there are a number of private investigators in the Milwaukee area that (should the location of Ms. M X be established in that locale) that could be retained for a fee to provide this verification. I will be happy to contribute up to $100 towards fees that may be charged by such an individual to establish such contact and verify said legal status.
