I think that one of the majour things that Talossa is lacking is a good outlet for teaching el Glhetg, our national language. Something struck me today as a way to solve this problem- the use of conjuguemos.com. This is a website where you can make quizes, tests, and other things pertaining to the national language. In order to do this, we would have to set up a school account, which will let us write our own quizes. The fee for this is based on an "honor system" of which the terms of are quite vauge. They suggest $25 per school and $5 per teacher, so if we have one school and one teacher, that is a yearly fee of $30 for an outlet for all people to learn the langauge. In order to use this, individuals would have to create a login to acess the quizes. Grades can also be sent to the teacher, which would provide a great outlet should a class for the Talossan language be offered though l’Üniversità. The benifits to such a program would be a great asset in learning our complex national language.

The Bureau of the Language should look into this and other similar options indeed, and if the investment is reported back as worthwhile by the Ladintsch Naziunal, the funds could be budgeted for expenditure from our vast national treasury by an act of the Ziu.
The CÚG is also working on language lessons, and while not governmental, it too might wish to take a look at opportunities like this.

What an interesting idea. I'm currently teaching at a community college and making online quizzes using a program called WebCT. It also works well, but I'd bet there would also be a fee to use it.
Good to get this discussion going -- glad to know you're thinking about l’Üniversità. We need a teacher to help all of our new citizens (and many of our senior ones as well).

Does conjuguemos.com really support using languages other than the ones listed? From the teacher's FAQ, it looks like if you set it up for Spanish tests, you can input your own verbs and their forms, but the program automatically uses Spanish pronouns.

Ahh, true, I did not see that.
Perhaps verb activities would have to be different or you type the verb in as something like: (Eu)verb and disregard the Spanish/French/Latin/German/Italian pronoun.
So it'd look something like this: Pronoun:Nosotros <----disregard Verb:(Eu)estarh Answer: sint
The vocabulary activities, however, would remain easy to make, as they do not use pronouns.

The site seems like something simple enough that Lord Hooligan and/or JP could probably program our own Talossan version pretty quickly. Although the games they're planning on adding (crosswords, hangman, etc) could be fun and useful.

Huh, that is an interesting idea, and it wouldn't cost any money. It looks like it's a pretty basic Java program that gives you a random word out of the vocab list and if you get the answer right or wrong it gives you a pop up box.
