Would someone kindly help the Lairas to find the best names for our broad-leaf dandelions?
Adelaide Rayne ("adel" = "nobel"; Rayne pronounced and named for "rain") Paul James Nora Maeve (Nora stems from Eleanor, but she was actually named for Noah; middle name for Legendary Irish Queen)
Thank you!

I'll take a shot at it....
Adelaide = German: noble+kind/sort = I would propose Novala. Rayne = English: rain = Piova (though there are many other choices, like Raischta) Nimble = Lainteu, though I would feminise it as Lainta.
Paul = Pol James = Txec
Nora, from Noah = Noac'h, made feminine perhaps as Noac'ha Maeve = Irish: Joy = Aleretza or Alegrança
Transliteration of any of the names is also possible, if the translations are not to one's taste: Adelaide = Âdeled, Rayne = Rein, Nora = Nora, Maeve = Meiv.
I defer, as always, however, to Sir Cresti.

I agree with Lord Hooligan: Novala Piova, Pol Txec, and Noac'ha (maybe No'ach'a) Aleretza (or Alegrança) are probably the best choices. Eleanor is Eleonora in Talossan, so just Nora would be a fine Talossan name too.

Thanks for your expertise, time and attention. I like Novala Piova, Pol Txec, and Noac'ha Aleretza, but I'll wait for Roibeard's opinion.
I notice that Lord Hooligan included Himself's nick-name for Addie: Nimble (Lainteu). Just out of curiosity, what would the other two children's nick-names be? Paul: Tumble Nora: Chuckles

Tumble is Velta, but probably Velteu to masculinise it (Cresti?) -- or, more awkwardly, Praischpitança -- and Chuckles would be Griußas. Sorry to leave those out!
