I would like to have a Talossan name. My wife is considering her Talossan name in another thread. We'd like to have the same last name, and I'd like to see which of the names she's considering will go best with mine, but I don't want to hold her's up too much, thus the need, the need for speed.
My full name is Robert Christian Steinke. My nickname is Bob, which I use more often. I'm not sure if there are Talossan nicknames.

You've got two choices here:
Roibeard Cresti Laira
OR
Roibeard Cresti Petruschela
Your wife seems to favor Laira.
As for nicknames... you kind of construct them yourself. For instance, my full name is Alexandreu, but most people just call me Dreu. I could see yours just being well... Bob Cresti Laira if you'd like, though that's not very Talossan.

Dreu's right, Laira is more lyrical, and yes, I prefer it. Roibeard goes nicely with that.
Mollie (maybe soon to be Aspra Rösetta)
