can we, pls, continue in this process? i appeal on d:na Schiva and s:reu Siervicul to come to conclusion on the final wording and submit it to individual language orgs in both states to approve it. |

Is there still an issue with the final wording? I posted the last comment in August, explaining the reasoning behind the language of the document. I don't know whether there's still an objection unless someone replies to me.  |

There seems to be some kind of problem about choosing between election and consensus. Consensus sounds better, because it would make things faster, but then again it's all the same to me. I once more invite my dear friend Miestrâ Schivâ to forget all about politics for a moment and get in touch with me so we can smooth things up quickly.

Consensus sounds better, because it would make things faster, but then again it's all the same to me. I'm confused. The current draft calls for selecting the initial chair by lot. Consensus requires getting everyone to agree on something. How can forming consensus, no matter how amicably, be faster than flipping a coin? |

How can forming consensus, no matter how amicably, be faster than flipping a coin?  consensus is by no means faster than the second option. it might be called fair, constructive and whatsoever, but not fast. anyway, as d:na schiva said on acgt board, the wording is fine with her, but there is a question set by her on how will the co-operation go on practically, e.g. within the matter of teach your-self talossan materials. so, what is the opinion of cúg? |
