Azul,
As everyone knows (or ought to know) the office of Secretary of State has been available since M-P's renounciation. I had accepted to fill to vacancy on a temporary basis until a suitable replacement is found.
The reason I did not want to permanently accept the position was two-fold. First, I have quite enough on my end without the headaches of that office, second, I knew that some conflict would occur in having me in that position.
Considering that some conflict have already occured, I have decided to resign from the position of A/SoS effective 22 Sep 2004 (after the completion of the next Clark). This should leave the government with enough time to find a replacement as long as I not forced out of office earlier by the King, PM or the Cort.
Marc Moisan, C.D. Acting Secretary of State

You've done a fine job of keeping the State office together.

You did well, and you have the thanks of a grateful Kingdom.
I just want to note for everyone else's benefit that web-savvy helps greatly in the job, but is not an absolute requirement. Don't let that perception intimidate you. The Clark *could* be posted in plain text on Witt, and a working email account and an ability to count is all that is needed to recieve the votes. SO, "Stand Tall, Talossans" -- one of you anyway -- to take up this necessary work.

Well put, on all accounts, Prime Minister!
I have some ideas for a Secretary of State and will be in touch shortly.

Marc, you did a fantastic job as SOS- I only wish you could stay longer, although you did make it clear when you accepted the post that it was only for a short time.
Good luck with your future Talossan endeavours!
By the way, are we able to vote on the new Clark yet?

Azul, Marc,
Thanks for all your help--you were sorely needed in a time of national crisis and you rose splendidly to the occasion! Although the circumstances of your resignation are fairly mysterious.
