WHEREAS Fritz von Buchholtz came to Talossa in early 2005,
WHEREAS he was eccentric, genuine, wise, and a knower of all things,
WHEREAS he was entrepreneurial in the best sense of the word, using his business acument to bring love, light, and a place to store one's gaming collection to Milwaukee and Shorewood, Wisconsin,
WHEREAS in the year 2005 after being brought into Talossa by the power that was Ben, he spoke truth to that power,
WHEREAS he never 'stole' Talossa from Ben, and neither did anyone else (it was Ben who left of his own accord),
WHEREAS in the aftermath of Ben's abdication and renunciation, Fritz found himself at the leading edge of helping to rebuild the Kingdom of Talossa, bringing it from the ashes of near-oblivion, and guiding it into the modern day and the future,
WHEREAS he was a former Seneschal of the Kingdom and the Leader of the Conservative Loyalist Party,
WHEREAS he was gracious, a gentleman, and a good friend to all who knew him,
WHEREAS though he only came to Talossa relatively recently (though he had known Ben for decades by then) he became in less than a year a giant of Talossan history whose name should be mentioned in the same breath with Dan Lauriér, Bob dal Már, Ián Metaria, Art Verbotten, and so many others,
WHEREAS he leaves a gap in our collective memory, our collective consciouness, and our lives,
WHEREAS he shall be missed terribly,
THEREFORE, the SENÄTS of the Kingdom of Talossa EXTENDS its profound sympathies and condolences to Fritz's family, friends, and all else who knew him.
THEREFOR ALSO, the SENÄTS gives gratitude to All that is Good, Right, and Holy (however one may define same), for Fritz's life and the great amounts of time and trouble he put into making Ben's bedroom dream continue to be a reality for newbie Talossans just coming in and Old-Growth Talossans alike,
