Why are we making things so complicated?

Why are we arguing with the King about the, as I view it, abuse of power via a legal loophole? How about this:

“Be it resolved, the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Talossa is henceforth and forever barred from holding any Provincial or National position not directly related to the Crowne including any governing Provincial post, as so long as they hold they occupy the throne.”

Close the loophole, end the BS!

Barring a King from a post would not prevent him from installing someone who would always do what he told them to do.

Also, it would actually be great if the King were able to hold a permanent secretary position
