It has become tradition in Talossa that the largest party in the Ziu provides the Seneschál.

If that party is the AMP, you get the guy who was Seneschál for the last Cosa. Not a bad choice, but...

If that party is the RUMP, you get another former Seneschál for the job.

If that party is the FreeDemocrats, you get probably the only major politician in Talossa who hasn't already been Seneschál at some time.

I can vouch for Miestra's leadership. I've been both a party colleague as well as an opposition leader (as well as a Seneschal to her Opposition Leader).

There are few more principled leaders that I have met, and that's saying quite a few somethings. Currently, we are party colleagues, and thus I might come off as a hype man. But I encourage you to look at a few of our debates from the Republic. Even when we were rhetorically throttling one another, I never doubted her abilities or intention.
