I apologise to the Nation for my absence as of late and, in particular, for doing so after beginning a reform project with Immigration and then seriously screwing the pooch on it all.
I could give you excuses and reasons in an attempt to justify it all, but as a fellow Talossan once taught me, there is a difference between a conditional and an unconditional apology. Therefore, I won't attempt to control the situation with justifications.
Quite simply, I messed up and I am sorry for it.
